Pasabuy allows you to reserve items by paying 50% upfront. The remaining balance is paid upon invoice. Once fully paid, your item is packed and shipped.
2. Can I cancel after reserving?
No. All pasabuy reservations are final. Once you reserve with a downpayment, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
3. What if I missed my final payment?
Failure to complete full payment within the stated deadline may result in your reservation being forfeited. Downpayments will not be refunded.
4. Where do you source your products?
All items are sourced directly from trusted Bangkok, Malaysia, Japan & Korea suppliers and fashion markets. We prioritize quality, authenticity, and affordability.
5. How do I track my package?
Once your item is shipped via LBC Express, We ship word wide via air cargo, we’ll send your tracking number via chat or email.
6. Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?
No. We currently do not support COD. All orders must be prepaid via our accepted payment methods.
